Accredited lab testing
We lead with an honest inspection and lab-backed testing. If the report calls for removal, remediation or drying out a water or fire loss, the same certified team carries it through.

This is where we start. An inspector walks the whole property — behind drywall, under sinks, through the attic and crawl space — reading moisture levels and scanning with a thermal camera to locate damp the eye cannot see. You leave the appointment with a plain-language report: what was found, exactly where, why it is happening, and what (if anything) needs to be done about it. The on-site estimate is written up after the walkthrough, never guessed over the phone.

When you need proof rather than an opinion, we collect air and surface samples and send them to an independent accredited lab. The results tell you whether spore counts are elevated, which species are present, and how your indoor air compares to outside — useful before you buy or sell a home, during a tenant dispute, or to confirm a past remediation actually worked. We translate the lab report into something you can read and, if needed, scope the work that follows.

When the inspection turns up active growth, we remove it properly. The area is sealed off, the mold and the material it has colonised come out, and the space is HEPA-vacuumed, air-scrubbed and treated. Because we inspected first, we already know the moisture source driving it — so we fix that at the same time and the growth does not simply return a few months later.

For larger or stubborn, recurring growth we run a full remediation protocol: sealed containment under negative air pressure, HEPA filtration, removal of affected drywall and insulation back to clean substrate, antimicrobial treatment and structural drying. We document the scope for your insurer and offer independent post-remediation clearance testing, so the finish line is verified by data rather than assumed.

Most of the mold we find in Santa Clarita traces back to water that sat too long — a slab leak, a failed supply line, a roof leak, an overflowing water heater. Catch it fast and there is no mold at all. We extract the water, set commercial air movers and dehumidifiers, and monitor the structure to a verified dry standard, documenting everything for your claim along the way.

A fire leaves behind more than char: soot, embedded smoke odor, and the water used to extinguish it — a classic hidden mold trigger across the Santa Clarita Valley and the LA foothills after wildfire season. We clean soot and residue, deodorize the structure, dry out the firefighting water, remove what cannot be saved, and coordinate the rebuild directly with your insurance adjuster.
Four steps from your first message to a report you can actually use.
Tap Call or Text and describe it — a musty smell, a stain spreading after a leak, a spot in the attic, or a home you are about to buy. We book you in, evenings and weekends included for emergencies.
An inspector reads moisture levels and scans with a thermal camera to map hidden damp, then takes air or surface samples for the lab only if it will genuinely tell us something.
You receive a plain-language report — findings, locations, the moisture driving them, and the scope to fix it — with the estimate written up on site and documented for insurance.
Approve the estimate and the same crew contains, removes and remediates, dries the structure, and (when you want it) runs independent clearance testing to confirm the result.
Plenty of companies want to start tearing out drywall before anyone has confirmed there is a problem. We do it the other way round: the inspection and, where it helps, independent lab testing come first, so the only work you pay for is work the evidence supports.
When the report does call for action, we have the certified crew to contain and remove the growth, remediate the larger jobs, and dry out the water and fire losses that caused it — for homes across Valencia, Canyon Country, Newhall and Saugus. Everything is written up on site and documented for your insurer.
